Terms of Service

OOSKiller provides intelligence reports synthesized from publicly available social data on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book). Our platform aggregates, translates, and analyzes content to deliver actionable market signals.

You may use OOSKiller reports for internal business intelligence, competitive research, and strategic planning. Redistribution or resale of reports to third parties without written consent is prohibited.

While we strive for accuracy, intelligence reports reflect the data available at the time of generation. OOSKiller does not guarantee that source content will remain available or unchanged.

Credits are purchased in bundles and remain valid indefinitely once acquired. One (1) credit enables the generation of one (1) intelligence report.

Credits are deducted at the moment a report generation request is submitted. Unused credits do not expire and are not refundable, except under the satisfaction guarantee outlined below.

OOSKiller reserves the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Price changes apply to new purchases only and do not affect credits already purchased.

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time purchasers. If your initial report does not meet your expectations, contact us at hello@ooskiller.com for a full refund of your first credit purchase.

Subsequent credit purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

OOSKiller is not responsible for any decisions made based on intelligence reports, including but not limited to investment decisions, product launches, or marketing strategies. Intelligence reports are one input among many for strategic decision-making.

In no event shall OOSKiller's total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific report or credit giving rise to the claim.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and email address used for authentication. OOSKiller is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of OOSKiller for unlawful purposes will result in immediate account termination.

OOSKiller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or notices within the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
