1. Information We Collect

When you use OOO Bot, we request access to necessary Google Workspace APIs (Gmail and Google Calendar) solely to provide the out-of-office automation service. We collect:

• Your basic Google profile information (Name, Email ID) for account identification.
• OAuth tokens to authenticate and perform requested actions on your behalf securely.

2. How We Use Information

OOO Bot uses your data exclusively to:

• Read your calendar events to determine when you are out of the office.
• Enable/Disable Gmail auto-responders based on your defined schedule.
• Generate professional out-of-office messages using AI if requested.

3. Data Security and Sharing

Your OAuth tokens are heavily encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only transmitted securely between Google APIs, our backend infrastructure, and OpenAI (only when drafting unique auto-reply messages).

4. Your Control and Deletion

You maintain full control. You can revoke OOO Bot's access at any time through your Google Account Permissions dashboard. If you wish to have your account and token data deleted from our database, please contact hello@ooskiller.com.
