We use purchase and usage data to manage your credit balance, process transactions, and provide customer support.

OOSKiller accesses publicly available content from Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and other social platforms to generate intelligence reports. This content is aggregated and analyzed by our AI systems.

We do not store the original source content from social platforms. Reports contain only synthesized insights and translated summaries derived from publicly accessible posts.

Any personal information appearing in source content that is not relevant to intelligence analysis is not tracked or stored by our systems.

All payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments. As a regulated payment processor, Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for compliance, tax collection, and secure payment handling.

OOSKiller does not see, store, or process your credit card or banking information. Dodo Payments's privacy policy governs their data handling practices.

User account data and reports are stored in Upstash Redis, a secure managed database service. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Intelligence reports stored in our system are accessible only to the account owner who generated them and are deleted upon account closure or upon user request.

We use minimal cookies solely for authentication purposes. These are essential session cookies that enable magic link sign-in functionality.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We do not engage in cross-site tracking.
